Solution for Server says: 421 4.7.1 : Sender address rejected : Account disabled

A “Server says: 421 4.7.1: Sender address rejected: Account disabled” error is usually related to the email address that you are sending from, the domain that it is associated with or the account that you have with the host of the mail server you are using to relay your email.

Please check the email address that you are using as your From email address. Also check the email address you have entered for your SMTP User Authentication to ensure that these are both valid and current email addresses and associated with the SMTP mail server that you are using to relay your email.

If your email address details appear to be correct, contact the host of the SMTP mail server that you are using and ask them to provide more details about the error.

If you continue to have problems after verifying your account details in GroupMail and with your mail server; feel free to contact the GroupMail support team. They will be happy to help you to fix it.
