Email Tracking Instructions for GroupMail

Email Tracking 1-2-3 (literally)

1. Open GroupMail and click on the Web Services Menu.

2. Check Enable GroupMetrics Support in GroupMail, enter your GroupMetrics Login Details and Check Track Open Rates and Click-throughs for all messages. Then, click OK.

3. Login to your GroupMetrics account to view real-time email tracking activity as it happens.
