In GroupMail go to the Tools Menu, Notification Settings.
Enter the Email Address that you want the Notifications to go to in the ‘Send Notifications to this Email Address’ Field.
There are two options that you can choose to enable.
* Before delivering messages to a Group.
* After the delivery is finished.
Once you press Send on a Message if you have the ‘Before delivering messages to a Group‘ option enabled you will receive an email notification.
If the second option ‘After the delivery is finished‘ is enabled then you will get an Email Notification once the Message has completed sending.
