I am trying to Install the upgrade for my GroupMail, but it tells me it is running and to shut it down. However, it is NOT running.
What can I do ?
Solution :
1. Please go to your Task Manager (Ctrl, Alt, Del Buttons).
2. Then go to the Processes Tab.
3. Sort all Processes by Name.
4. End all Processed starting with GM.
5. Now please try to re-run the GroupMail Installation File again.
