“I’ve installed the latest Version of GroupMail and can’t see all my GroupMail Templates, Why ?”
Here are a couple of things you can check :
1. During the Installation process, did you check on the Templates to install ?
If you are unsure you can re-run the GroupMail Installation again and ensure that the Templates are checked on to Install this time.
2. In GroupMail, go to Messages, Templates. In the top Right Corner under Filtered By choose “Show All“.
This should now display all available GroupMail Templates.
