We often get requests from Customer who want to know :
‘How can I add a New Field to my GroupMail Group ?’
When creating your GroupMail Group on the Group Structure Screen, you can Add, Remove and Modify Fields within your Group.
Once your Group has been created you cannot alter its structure in anyway.
If you need to add a New Field to your GroupMail Group, one suggestion is to create a New Group with the required Fields.
Export your Existing Group to a Text File.
Then Import this Text File into the New Group that you just created.
