Subscriber is adding a lot of unwanted email addresses to my Exclusion List ?.

For Example :

GroupMail Exclusion List

When a message bounces back as undeliverable, apart from the recipients email address that was bad, there is a lot of other information on the Bounce Back message which Subscriber will also try to process.

If you find your GroupMail Exclusion List contains a lot of unwanted Emails after processing Subscriber to manage your Bounce Back and Undeliverable Messages. Then you can use the option in Subscriber to “Identify Friendly Emails” to ignore.

In Subscriber, go to the Tools Menu, Identify Friendly Emails.

GroupMail Exclusion List

Click on New

GroupMail Exclusion List

Here we can identify emails to ignore.  In my example I’m going to add a Wild Card to ignore all emails that Ends With @infacta.com

GroupMail Exclusion List

Then press Ok.

Next time you process Subscriber any Email that ends with @infacta.com will be ignored and won’t get added to your Exclusion List.
