Why are some recipients in my Exclusion List still getting Emails ?
If you add a recipient to the Exclusion List.
Exclude the recipient from the Group you are sending to (or All Groups).
Then this recipient will be excluded from all future mailing.
To examine this, take note of a recipient that is on the Exclusion List.
Go to the Sent Messages Tab, highlight the message you sent.
Then choose View Logs, from the drop down list open the Exclusion Log.
Does the recipient exist here ? they should.
Next open the Send Log, does this excluded recipient exist here ? if not then they were not included on the mailing.
Is it possible that this recipient has a Forwarding Email Address setup perhaps ?
