Does GroupMail Support Online Data Storage via Microsoft OneDrive?
Yes, GroupMail now integrates with Microsoft’s cloud storage solution OneDrive.

What does this mean for GroupMail ?
Integration with GroupMail allows you to store, sync and access your GroupMail Messages and Groups at other locations and on other devices.
How can I store a GroupMail Message on OneDrive?
There are two methods :
Providing that you have Downloaded and Installed OneDrive.
1. On the GroupMail Message Editor, Create your GroupMail Newsletter.
Then once you are ready to Save this.
Press the OneDrive Icon at the top of the screen.
Press Save.
(Note: The default path for this Folder is C:\Users\User Account\OneDrive\GroupMail\Messages).
2. Within the GroupMail Message Editor, Create your GroupMail Newsletter.
Then once you are ready to Save this.
Go to File, Save As, A Document.
Providing that you have Downloaded and Installed OneDrive.
Select to Save this Message to your Microsoft OneDrive Folder.
Enter a File Name for your Message here and press Save.
This message is now saved to your OneDrive Folder and accessible via the Cloud.
Can I store GroupMail Groups using my OneDrive Folder?
Yes! you can also store your Groups in this manner.
To create a Group that is stored on your OneDrive Folder.
Go to GroupMail Groups, New Group.
Select “GroupMail Format (Default) – Recipients are stored internally’, Next.
Select “Custom – Specify the location where the new group is to be Saved” and press Select.
Browse to your OneDrive Folder.
In this example I created a subfolder for Groups.
Select the Folder and press Ok.
Specify the File Structure and Group Name to create your Group.
Your GroupMail Group will now be stored to your OneDrive Folder and be accessible via the Cloud.
