Solution for a Rowset does not support scrolling backward error

If you get a “Rowset does not support scrolling backward” send message error, please do the following:

1. Highlight the email group that you are trying to send a message to on the main Groups screen in GroupMail.

2. Right-click on the group and select Modify.

3. Under Database Connections, choose “Manage” and then “Modify”.

4. On the “Manage Database Connections” screen, change the “Cursor Type” to Dynamic.

If you continue to have problems after changing the Cursor Type to Dynamic, contact the GroupMail support team. They will be happy to help you to fix it.
