OMG! What can I do? We had a blackout in the middle of sending my monthly email newsletter to 25,000 customers. I can’t believe it! I’ll never be able to figure out who has received it and who hasn’t. I’ll be here all weekend! I’m so stressed! How can I resend email to my group without resending it to contacts who already received it?
— Robert, a frustrated GroupMail customer.
Breathe deeply Robert-son. I have good news for you! It is easy to resend email with GroupMail. All you have to do is to go into your Sent Message folder and double click the sent item. Here, you will see two options. Resend will resend the message to the entire list. Resume will send the message only to those recipients who haven’t received it yet.
— Tom, a calm GroupMail zen master
That rocks! You rock! GroupMail rocks!
