What happens if I have a Custom Folder Location ?
By default your GroupMail 5 will install to the C:\Program Files (x86)\GroupMail 5 Folder.
However, if you have previously installed GroupMail 5 to a custom location or program group (it normally defaults to the C:\Program Files (x86)\GroupMail 5 Folder) then our GroupMail installer will not automatically modify your previous custom group and shortcuts.
For custom installations, we thought it better to allow you to manage your own start menu groups to suit. This may simply involve renaming your original start menu group and/or deleting some now obsolete short-cuts after upgrading.
To Modify your Start Menu you will need to browse to this folder
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
(You may need to show “Hidden items” before seeing the “ProgramData” folder)
Please Note : that your GroupMail Data will not be affected by this as it will still be stored under your User Account Folder.
